All membership is administered through SPOND.
In addition to the membership form, please ensure that you download the SPOND app to your device, as we will use this for the majority of our communications. You can use the below codes to join the relevant groups on the app

All memberships are checked and approved normally within 24 hours. The following memberships are available:-
Full Membership
This allows you to play in all forms of cricket to which you are eligible including senior teams entered into the Cherwell League, Women’s Leagues, T20 games, friendly fixtures and social games. Match fees are charged separately on the day.

Youth and Concessionary memberships
Youth Available to anyone born before 31/8/2006or in full-time education. This will allow you to play in all league games (that you may be eligible for) plus any OCB youth competitions. There are no match fees for Youth games, however match fees for league games will be charged separately on the day. (Please note ECB All-stars and Dynamos need to sign up through a different process – information on this can be found elsewhere on this website).
Student Available to anyone in full-time education (proof may be required). This will allow you to play in all league games, plus any OCB youth competitions that you are eligible for. There are no match fees for Youth fixtures, however match fees for league games will be charged separately on the day.
Women’s Games Only This will allow women to play in women’s league cricket (indoor and outdoor) and any friendly and social games but NOT Cherwell league games. Match fees are charged separately on the day.
Over 65s. Available to anyone who born before 01.01.1959. This allows you to play all forms of cricket. Match fees are charged separately on the day.
Social Playing members. This allows you to play in T20 games, friendly fixtures, and social games but not Women’s or Cherwell League games. Match fees are charged separately on the day.

Social membership of Charlbury Cricket Club
This will allow you to be a fully signed-up member of the club, allowing the use of the facilities and attendance at all events, as a non-playing member plus all discounts applied to members
