Update on the financial position of the Club

As you may be aware our Annual fundraising Firework Display was a washout this year; our dedicated team did an incredible job to break even in awful circumstances. What with that and now the postponement of our Spring Ball which is also a great fundraiser; it has left the club in an extremely vulnerable financial situation. It costs about £11,000 per annum to cover the core overheads of the club excluding groundstaff.

The grounds team have committed to carry out essential works at no cost and we have cancelled all commitments that are not fundamental to the clubs survival

No subscriptions will be collected this season until cricket commences; so they have currently been suspended. However we are asking all members and friends of the club to  make a donation if you can.

We will continue to work with our local cricket board and other charitable organisations to seek support and assistance where we can.
